​How Do I Place An Order?​

Ready to place an order? Choose a sign from the catalog. Once you have found a sign that you like, add your personal style! Customize your name in the text box fields. Choose your wording / designs (*If applicable) and choose your sign size. Once your sign is how you would like it, you are ready to rock and roll! Place the order by adding it to the cart and paying with your preferred payment method. It's so simple, even Ringo the Flattbroke dog can do it!

What if my name is too big for the character limits in the customization fields?

If what you would like the sign to say overflows the character limits set for the customization options send us an email to sales@flattbrokesignworks.com and we will work to get the sign you want to be personalized just for you!

 

Payment & Shipping

You customize it, we create and ship it. Pretty simple, right? We know you want a quality product. But we’re guessing you want it fast as well. We’ve got that covered. Keep in mind that if you pick a rad design with a lot of detail, it might take a little longer to get you exactly what you want. No worries though, we are working diligently to get you your custom orders as quickly as possible, done the right way the first time. Payments are processed through our third party site. If you are having difficulties making a payment, please contact us.



Returns & Refunds

Not in love with your items? We understand. Our quality assurance guidelines are in place to ensure that you’ll get exactly what you ordered. But every once in a blue moon, an order arrives and it isn’t quite what you thought it would be. If that happens, rest assured that we’ll fix it.

Can I add photos of my family, friends, fur babies etc. to my signs?

Of course! The sky is the limit when it comes to your custom orders. Contact us and a member of our team will help you with personal design orders.

Do you sell signs in bulk?

If the HULK had an order size, we would carry it! The more the merrier friends! If you would like to order in bulk, we've got you covered. Wholesale options and bulk order options are available upon request. Contact a team member for more information.
